John, Have You Ever Heard of Stretching?
No one likes anything that interferes with your backswing. That's a given. So the poor woman who clicked her camera phone in the middle of John Daly's backswing at the Honda Classic learned a painful lesson while snapping away. According to the Daly camp, the click from the camera triggerred such intense pain in JD's mid-section that he had to pull out.
Not that we're medical pros, but somehow John doesn't look like he stretches much before he tees it up. Enough said.
As for the woman with the camera phone and to all spectators eager to capture the moment, please leave it to the AP unless you're lucky enough to have yourself included in the photo op.
Be Careful What you Wiki For
Fuzzy Zoeller is suing a Miami law firm claiming an employee posted what he describes as a defamatory paragraph about him on the Internet reference site Wikipedia.

Zoeller's attorney, Scott D. Sheftall, said he filed the lawsuit against a Miami firm last week because the law won't allow him to sue Wikipedia. The suit alleges someone used a computer at Josef Silny & Associates, a Miami education consulting firm, to add the information to Zoeller's Wikipedia profile.

Fuzzy adopted the original "John Doe" alias to protect his privacy. But Sheftall confirmed the golf champion was the plaintiff. Seems allegations of drug abuse, spouse abuse and anything else they could drag in there just didn't sit well. Certainly makes Zoeller's comments about collard greens at Tiger Wood's first Masters win dinner seem tame, doesn't it?
